In addition to our sports activities, our professional assignment as General Secretary of the Centre International d’Etude du Sport (CIES) as well as our voluntary commitment as member of the Sport Tribunal of the Swiss Handball Federation (SHV) and than as lawyer of the SHV (Board member) allowed us to familiarize us with sports law.
In particular on issues related to:
- forms of organisation of association and members;
- international, national and regional regulations (in particular of soccer and handball);
- training of administrators;
- contracts for professional players;
- etc.
