Since we graduated as an Attorney at Law, more than 25 years ago, we have had the opportunity to improve our knowledge of the private, the public and the parastatal activity sectors as well as our organisational and managerial skills (inclusive human resources and training).
In particular as a Legal Advisor/Vice-President in a “Big Four” (KPMG), as General Secretary of a foundation (CIES), as an attorney at law in a law firm specialised in business law, as a Corporate Counsel (Logitech Europe), as member of the Board of Trustees of a pension fund foundation (skycare), as a Head Legal Department & Secretary of the Board of Directors (skyguide) and as General Counsel (Head Legal and Compliance; swissgrid) we had the opportunity to advise and to accompany private individuals and, in-house – as member of decision body – or as an external Advisor, Heads of department of companies, executive committees, boards of directors, committees of associations as well as Board of Trustees of foundations.
We managed and brought to a successful conclusion national and/or international projects, often multidisciplinary.

Furthermore, to enhance our profile as a “business partner” we graduated in 2007 an Executive MBA in “Management and Corporate Finance” in Lausanne.

Communicative, motivated and rewarding, persuasive personality, endowed with a capacity of fast understanding – allowing us to get a foothold quickly in any complex environment – flexible, appreciating precision and developing an economic way of thinking as well as creativity.
This large work experience allows us today to comprehend the diverse tasks proposed with all the necessary flexibility and competence.
